Life’s Reflections: A Legacy of Love memory video is a gift from the patient to loved ones to help remember the life and legacy of their loved one.  The memory journal is a creative and educational gift.  A gift implemented by Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma to preserve the individual's memories for our hospice patients and their family members.  We offer the memory video to our hospice patients at no cost to allow them to protect their life stories through a videotape or DVD, leaving a personal legacy for family and friends.

Life’s Reflections: A Legacy of Love memory video is a personal verbalized account of exclusive memories as told by the patient.  Each video highlights the patient’s own story such as special travels around the world, accomplishments of great or small successes during their career or lifetime, life’s important lessons learned, or what each individual feels is important to pass on to those who will view the tape.  The HSWO Life’s Reflections video is a unique gift because each video records the rich diversity, culture, and history of our patients.

We continuously provide community and professional education to patients, professionals, and the families they serve in issues relating to care giving, terminal illness, spiritual comfort, loss and bereavement.
