Tribute Donations
Tribute donations are donations made in honor of
someone who is still living. This type of donation
may be made on occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries,
holidays, or just because. The person is notified that a
donation was made in their honor. The amount is
never disclosed.
 Tribute donations can be made in honor
of
anyone, not just persons associated with Hospice of Southwest
Oklahoma. If making a tribute donation for someone, please make sure to
include an address for the person so that we may notify them.
Tribute donations may be sent by mail, brought
into our office or made over the phone (credit card only).
