Ways You Can Help

There are several ways that Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma can use your help.  Listed below are the options available to help us continue to provide "Care Beyond the Cure".

Volunteering

Our volunteers offer hands on assistance which allows this not-for-profit organization to grow stronger as we impact the quality of life providing "Care Beyond the Cure" for southwest Oklahomans. We have all types of tasks to fit a variety of ages, skill levels and desires.

Donations

Your donations support patient care and provide medical supplies and equipment in addition to public education which assists in the needs of our patients and their families.  Donations can be monetary or non-cash donations.  Since we are a not-for-profit United Way agency, items such as medical supplies and equipment are as appreciated as monetary donations.  All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts allow you to give gifts through your will, charitable gift annuities, gifts of life insurance, pooled income funds, and charitable trusts.

Online Giving

Online giving allows you to make a contribution from the comfort of your home.  Although this feature is currently not available, HSWO has plans to add this feature to our website in the near future.

Memorial Donations

Donations may be made in memory of a loved one who has passed on.  When memorial donations are received, a card is sent to the family informing them a contribution was made on behalf of their loved one.  At this time memorial donations may be made by mail, in person or over the phone for credit card donations.

Tribute Donations

Donations may be made in honor of a person still living for any reason.  When tribute donations are received, a card is sent to the person informing them a contribution was made on their behalf.  At this time tribute donations may be made by mail, in person or over the phone for credit card donations.
